Timelines depend on how quickly content and information are provided. Once all onboarding documents, content, and payments are received, the website is usually completed within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in content submission will delay the project.
Yes. All website content, images, videos, and logos must be supplied by the client. AdWorX Design Studio does not source images from the internet due to copyright and licensing concerns.
Content writing is not included in this package. If you require assistance with copywriting, this can be discussed and quoted separately.
One round of reasonable design revisions is included. Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
Yes. All websites are fully mobile-friendly and tested on different screen sizes to ensure a smooth user experience.
AdWorX Design Studio services clients remotely across South Africa. On-site meetings are only available within Klerksdorp. The first local visit is free, with additional visits charged at R250 per hour. Remote consultations via AnyDesk or TeamViewer are charged at R5.00 per minute.
Most communication takes place via email to keep everything organised and documented. We aim to respond within 24 business hours, and we ask clients to do the same to avoid delays.
The website design fee is a once-off cost of R1580.00. Hosting and domain fees are billed separately by your hosting provider.
Project timelines depend on client cooperation. Delays in providing content or feedback will delay the website. Projects may be paused until required information is received.
Basic security measures are applied during setup. However, ongoing website security, updates, and maintenance are not included in this package and can be discussed separately.
Yes. Future updates, additional pages, SEO improvements, or maintenance can be quoted separately as needed.
